BIG NEWS !! -
2020 has been one of the most challenging years for the music and entertainment industry, as its being remembered as the year the invisible Coronavirus aka (Co-vid 19) Pandemic hit and reared its ugly head Worldwide. A lot of bands and artists has been affected by it, with gigs getting Cancelled left, right and Centre throughout the year. Hopefully some venues and Private events will be able to Reschedule to next year 2021, but who knows how long this Pandemic will last.. and what if anything will the new normal look like (no one really knows??)... Sadly many venues, pubs, Festivals, and Social clubs will most likely be unable to stay afloat in these trying times and subsequently may not survive without some kind of financial help. A lot of entertainers will struggle too, as it seems our industry may be one of the last to get back to work.
Weddings and Private events have also been hit hard with many Cancellations too. We do hope it all gets back to some normality sometime soon for all of us, so we can do what we do best... and that's to entertain our awesome fans.
What an awesome Charity event it was for J2B to be part of last years "Caribbean dreams Ball", at the Burlington hotel in Birmingham, this past Sat 5/10/19 for the (Libby Maes Little Angels Charity) and thanks to Charlotte and her team for putting on such a great event and raising some money in the process for the cause. We got the chance to meet and hang out with the host of the event and the Legend that is "Will Mellor" from
(A pint of Lager and a packet of crisps) fame.
He danced the night away with his partner, and mentioned us at every opportunity.

The band will be dedicating all future gigs to our beloved Bass player Anthony "Boot" Bartley, who sadly passed away on Fri 24/1/20, and also our Sax player James Renford, who passed away last year on Tues 8/1/19. They were both very special to us and everyone who knew them.. both of them will always be dearly Missed and will remain in our Hearts forever. You are all welcome to come help celebrate their life with us at every one of our gigs. Gone but never forgotten...may our brothers... R.I.P...

The last three years has been a rollercoaster of bitter sweet, but also not so good for us with many Sold Out shows in the UK and Holland. This also became the years when we performed a lot of shows without our very talented and much loved Sax player James Renford who passed away January 2019, and also our beloved Bass player Anthony "Boot" Bartley, who passed away March 2020. We all miss them both so dearly, and will always have them in our hearts and memories. Their legacy will live on.
We do hope to see you all at one of our gigs in 2021, so make sure to add all gig dates you fancy to your calendars and diaries from now.
The band are looking forward to continuing our live mesmerizing performances at venues, Festivals, Private Parties, and clubs across the UK, and Europe, and to share a night with all our adoring Fans old and new....
J2B are now working with various Promoters and Agencies in Europe, and internationally.

Fri June 24th - TT Festival - Holland
J2B has once again SOLD OUT our Noordzee Zomerfest in Katwijk on Friday 3rd Aug 2018 for the second time since performing there two years ago in 2016. The audience was fantastic as usual and embraced us for one of the most special Tribute nights there. We hope to see you all in another two years time !!...
J2B delivered Stellar performances at SOLD OUT shows in 2017, like Oakengates theatre in Telford on 1st April 2017, then Sold Out again at the Waterfront Bar in Shrewsbury on Easter Sunday 16th April, and not forgetting the Robin 2 in Bilston, Wolverhampton for a night to remember on Fri 21st April 2017, and also another Stellar performance at the Sold Out Cadbury Club in Birmingham on Sat 29th April to a great audience.
The bands first outing at last years SOLD OUT Dorspfeest Stoke City Live fest in Goutum, Holland on Sat 17th June 2017, was a Big success, and we now look forward to performing there again in the near future. We had a great time at our Derby Sausage & Cider festival which was SOLD OUT on Sat 1st July 2017, and we have been re-booked to play at all Sausage Festivals in the UK this year 2018.
Northfield Beach Fest was great , and we are still buzzing from our SOLD OUT show at GlastonBarry tribute fest in Wales on Sat 29th July 2017, it was mind blowing. Our Somerset tribute fest in Yeovil on Sat 5th Aug was also awesome and SOLD OUT .
The band were booked to play 3 x gigs at Clarach Bay holiday park in Aberystwyth on Sun 28th May, Fri 28th July and also Fri 27th Oct 2017, which were all SOLD OUT (Big thanks to Jem and Thomas for that). Our welcome return to Butlins, Bognor Regis, on Fri 24th Nov was epic, as we performed to over 3,000 capacity audience there. Sat 14th Oct 2017 saw us play at Havana Republic in Shrewsbury for the 1st time and was a great success. J2B played a successful returning SOLD OUT gig at Anstice Club in Telford on Friday 1st Dec 2017, after venue re-opened after being closed for a few years. We finished the year off in Style at Darlaston Con club on Fri 22nd Dec to another SOLD OUT audience.
2016 Dates:
Fri 24th June 2016 saw "Johnny2bad" play a wicked show at the famous SOLD OUT TT festival in assen, holland, to over 8,000 people. They also did another Sold Out gig at Noordzee Zomerfest in Katwijk, NL, to a raptuous audience.
